Considered the finest of all coffees grown in the Horn of Africa, the most prevalent taste characteristic is lemon, which gives a distinct tart bite combined with a rich, floral finish.
Region: The Yirgacheffe region lies as an island in the middle of Sidamo. It was recognized as a distinct region in the 1960s and set apart for the exceptional citrus and floral flavors found in its washed coffees.
